Residential Project Development

Integrated project management from land analysis to occupancy permit

Residential Project Development

Market research, architectural design, permits, construction and quality control are run in-house.

Per project

Every project starts with choosing the land. The area's demographic profile, transport links, proximity to schools and healthcare, ground characteristics and zoning rights are examined in a detailed feasibility study. This study determines which apartment types are produced in what proportion; for example, in a family-heavy district the share of 3+1 and 4+1 is increased, while near metro lines 1+1 and 2+1 investor types come to the fore.

Design and construction

Our in-house architecture and engineering office coordinates concept design, construction drawings, mechanical and electrical designs and landscaping. The site is managed with weekly progress reports and monthly quality audits; the building inspection body and an independent laboratory certify the work.

Handover and documents

The occupancy permit, energy performance certificate and title deed procedures are completed on the date promised in the contract. Buyers can follow the project progress percentage on our website and in a monthly update e-mail.
