The buying process in Gökçeyaka projects consists of five steps, and every stage is shared with you in writing. Throughout the process a single sales adviser follows your file until you take delivery.
1. Selection and reservation
After choosing the apartment type, floor, facade and payment plan, you can reserve your apartment for 7 days with your ID and a reservation fee (2% of the price). The fee is credited against your down payment in the contract and is refunded if no contract is signed.
2. Contract
The sale is made with a pre-payment home sales contract drawn up at a notary. The contract includes the net and gross area, handover date, delay penalty, payment plan and technical specification. Your payments are secured by a bank guarantee letter or insurance.
3. Condominium easement deed
When the project is registered as a condominium easement, the title deed of your apartment is issued in your name, so your legal right is on record while construction continues.
4. Payment and mortgage
You can pay the down payment and instalments directly to us and the rest to the bank with a mortgage. Our partner banks help you prepare your loan file.
5. Handover
After the occupancy permit is obtained, your condominium ownership deed is issued, the apartment is inspected together and the keys are handed over. Your two-year free technical service right starts after handover.
Required documents
An ID card, tax number and contact details are enough for the reservation. At the contract stage, an ID copy, proof of residence and (if a loan is used) income documents are requested. Foreign nationals need a passport and tax number.
