- Housing request details (budget, preferred apartment type, payment method)
- Contract and financial details (payment plan, bank and loan details, tax number)
- CCTV images at sales office visits and website usage records
Purposes of processing
- Carrying out sales, reservation and contract processes and tracking title deed and loan procedures
- Providing appointments, information and after-sales communication
- Meeting legal obligations (tax, land registry, anti-money-laundering legislation)
- Sending new project and campaign announcements if you consent
Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred to authorised public bodies within legal obligations, and to business partners and service providers to the extent necessary to perform the service, in line with Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK.
Collection method and legal basis
Data is collected through our website, contact and application forms, telephone, e-mail and in-person applications, based on the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interest and, where required, explicit consent.
Retention
Data within sales contracts is retained for statutory periods (10 years); enquiry and appointment data is retained for 2 years after the relevant transaction is completed.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, learn the third parties to whom data is transferred and claim compensation for damages. Send your requests to kvkk@gokceyaka.com.tr; they are concluded within 30 days at the latest.
