Land Acquisition and Joint Ventures

Transparent flat-for-land and revenue-sharing models with landowners

Land Acquisition and Joint Ventures

Valuation and contract support for shared parcels, urban transformation and block-scale projects.

Parcel-based proposal

When working with landowners our most important principle is to clarify each party's expectations from the start and in writing. Your parcel's zoning status, construction rights and floor-area ratio are examined by an independent valuation specialist; the findings are shared with the contract that sets the flat-for-land ratio.

Working models

  • Flat-for-land: The landowner receives a set number of units when the project is complete.
  • Revenue sharing: A pre-agreed share of sales revenue is paid to the landowner.
  • Hybrid model: Partly units, partly cash payment.
  • Urban transformation: Owner persuasion, agreement and rent support management for at-risk buildings.

Assurance

Landowners' shares are secured; construction progress is audited by banks and the transfer of title is carried out simultaneously with unit delivery. For shared parcels our legal team supports the joint decision process among owners.
