Ormanlı Konakları

Ormanlı Konakları is a residential site of 96 detached and semi-detached villas in the forest belt of Çekmeköy. Handover was completed in 2024, and more than 90 families now live there. The villas are 4+2 and 5+2 types, each offering a private garden and pool area within a plot of 400 to 650 square metres.

Structure and comfort

The villas have class A energy performance thanks to heat pumps, underfloor heating and an insulated facade. They were delivered with steel security systems and smart-home infrastructure.

Site life

The site has 24/7 security at the entrance, a shared fitness studio, an indoor pool and a children's playground. Management has been taken over by the owners' board; our after-sales support continues.
