Marin Koru Residence

Marin Koru Residence is a boutique residence of two blocks and 186 apartments, 600 metres from the Maltepe shore. High-ceilinged living rooms, wide glass facades and a sea or grove view from every apartment are the project's distinguishing features.

Design approach

The facade is designed with aluminium sun-breakers that reduce the summer cooling load. Thanks to a heat pump and heat-recovery ventilation, the energy performance certificate target is class A. The ground floor holds a co-working space, a café and a 24-hour reception.

The metro station is 350 metres away, the seafront walking path 600 metres, and two private schools and a state hospital are 10 minutes away. It is designed for those who want to be close to both the sea and city life on the Anatolian side of Istanbul.

Construction progress is 34%; the structure has reached the 5th floor. Handover is June 2028.
