Hisarönü Evleri is a boutique project of 64 apartments in four low-rise blocks within Üsküdar's historic fabric. It was delivered in 2020. The facade is clad in stone and render to blend with the surrounding streetscape, and the top floors have generous terraces.
Why it matters
This project was our company's first major earthquake-resilient renewal and urban transformation; planned as a single block-scale project, it secured the agreement of 38 owners to replace the old timber and masonry buildings.
Location
The Marmaray and ferry pier are within walking distance; the roof apartments with Bosphorus views remain among the types attracting interest on our resale list.
